- Report content: images, client details, templates, generated documents, and metadata you upload.
- Technical data: authentication logs, IP addresses for rate limiting, and error diagnostics.

- Provide, secure, and improve the Service.
- Authenticate users and enforce company isolation.
- Send transactional email (password reset, security notices).
